CyberPower PowerPanel Cloud PROis specifically designed for professional users and features hierarchical management to streamline overseeing a large number of distributed devices across different organizations through the cloud. It enables role-based access with assigned levels of authorities, including Account Manager, Device Manager, and Viewer. The simplified user interface is tailored for organizations with multiple teams or branches, facilitating easy role assignment and device status monitoring.
Users can upgrade to PowerPanel Cloud PRO using the existing PowerPanel Cloud account or create a CyberPower account via the PowerPanel Cloud web portal. Devices can be added for cloud monitoring with the following connection methods:
(1) PowerPanel Software: Use either PowerPanel Personal or PowerPanel Business Local
(2) Remote Cloud Card: Built-in or optional add-on (available in wired and wireless options)
(3) PowerPanel Gateway: Connect via a Remote Management Card or SNMP-enabled ATS, PDU, or 3rd party devices
This solution is ideal for large-scale enterprises, system integrators (SIs), managed service providers (MSPs), distributors for multisite device management.

Q1: How is PowerPanel PRO priced?
A1: PowerPanel PRO charges users by NPMs (Node per Month), each priced at US$ 2.25. One device equals one NPM, and the minimum order quantity per month is 20 NPMs.
Q2: How can users purchase NPMs?
A2: Users can purchase NPMs in two ways:
1. From the PowerPanel Cloud PRO Web interface
2. By contacting local distributors
Q3: When are users charged?
A3: Users are billed monthly, starting from the activation date. The charge is based on the highest number of devices added to the account during the billing period.
Q4: Where can users check their charges?
A4: Users can view their charging logs on the PowerPanel Cloud PRO Web interface. Additionally, a monthly settlement notice email is sent to users.
