Easy-to-use Interface
The utility is designed with a user-friendly interface, allowing users to discover device IP addresses, upgrade firmware and upload configuration files for network connected CyberPower devices with ease.
Complete Power Device List
All devices found in the network scan will be displayed with their detailed information, including the MAC address, IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DHCP state, name, location, up time and firmware version.
Flexible Device Network Setting
Users can manually assign network settings to each device by entering static IP address, subnet mask and gateway.
Mass Device Firmware Upgrade
The utility allows firmware upgrade on remote devices across different subnets. Users can select a single device or multiple devices to upgrade their firmware simultaneously.
Mass Device Configuration Deployment
The configuration file can be conveniently uploaded to update a single device or multiple devices across different subnets at once.
Detailed Action Logs
The details of users' performed actions on each device are kept in the log for tracking.

Find the serial number on your CyberPower products
Every CyberPower product has a unique serial number (S/N) and they can only be 12 or 16 digits.
The location of the serial number label may vary by different products, but you can find it on the back or bottom side of most products.
