SUBMIT A RMA SERVICE CASE

THE NOTIFICATION OF A RMA SERVICE MUST BE MADE IN OUR ONLINE TOOL.

Different types of services are available depending on the product type. Please check if your product is still valid under its Warranty Period

To submit a service case for a CyberPower product, please follow this link RMA Tool

Please have the following information at hand:

  • The model number of the CyberPower product
  • The serial number of the CyberPower product
  • The date of the incident
  • Where you bought the CyberPower product
  • When did you buy the CyberPower product
  • Copy of the original invoice as proof

After checking the data, you will get an RMA number and receive a corresponding email notification.

UPS SERVICE OUT OF WARRANTY

After the warranty period you need to report the error also via our RMA tool.
If the hardware error, the warning message or the fault cannot be solved, after consultation with our service, the device must be sent to us.
CyberPower reserves the right to repair the returned goods according to a cost estimate or an equivalent or higher quality, tested replacement device to offer as a repair service.

Notes on the correct procedure for submission:
  • Do not send products without an RMA number. Deliveries without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Please pay attention to the safe packaging of the product. Products that are delivered with damaged packaging will be rejected for acceptance.
  • Please make sure that the RMA number on both the outside of the package and on the enclosed copy of your receipt is correctly too read.
  • The receipt of invoice with the indication for the serial number (s) must also be enclosed.

Find the serial number on your CyberPower products

Every CyberPower product has a unique serial number (S/N) and they can only be 12 or 16 digits.

The location of the serial number label may vary by different products, but you can find it on the back or bottom side of most products.
