• Deliver electricity information and to notify you of abnormal status periodically through GCM (Google Cloud Messaging), APNS (Apple Push Notification Service) or SMS.
• For an improved user experience, internal training and general optimization purposes build features that will make the services available on our websites and apps easier to use.
• To improve and promote our products and services and the content on our website.

2.6 Safety and security

• Promote safety and security on and off our services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies.

4. DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

4.1 To delete your information, you can permanently delete your account.

If you delete your account, we delete your information and association data, including the registered devices, purchased plan. Once your account is permanently deleted, you won’t be able to reactivate it, and you won’t be able to retrieve information or association data.

If you request that we delete your account, it may take up to 30 days to delete your information and association data after we begin the account deletion process. Copies of your information and association data may remain in backup storage after 30 days; we use this storage to recover data in the event of a disaster, software error, or other data loss event. We may also retain your information for legal issues, breach of terms, or harm prevention efforts.

4.2 We will extend the retention of your information or association data for the reasons below:

• Obey legal obligation. For example, we are keeping your purchase data to meet the applicable accounting regulations.
• Government investigations or answer legal requirement. For example, we may retain your information or association data when we receive an effective legal requirement regarding to your account, such as search warrant, court order or subpoena.
• In connection with legal claims, complaints, litigations, or regulatory proceedings. For example, we defend for ourselves in a claim relating to your information or association data.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by us and our affiliates, but excludes services or products provided by others. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites, apps, services or products you visit through links from our websites or mobile apps.
