1. Purchase Valid CyberPower UPS during the Promotion Period between 1 November and 31 December 2024 to be eligible for this promotion.
2. Valid Models: Value Soho (Value2200ELCD), Value Pro (VP700ELCD, VP1000ELCD, VP1200ELCD, VP1600ELCD), and PFC Sinewave (CP900EPFCLCDa, CP1350EPFCLCD, CP1600EPFCLCD) Series.
3. Each Customer may Claim a maximum of 5 Surge Boards. Claims must be submitted by 17 January 2025.
4. This promotion is for retail purchases by Australian Residents only, aged 18 years and over.
5. Purchases from overseas are ineligible: the Tax Invoice must list the Australian Business Number (ABN) of the Seller and the GST amount.
6. Claims will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. Incomplete, unclear or overdue applications/claims will not be accepted.
7. Surge Protector (CPSURGE08USB-ANZ) may not be substituted, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
8. Surge Protector (CPSURGE08USB-ANZ) will be posted via Australia Post within 8 weeks of receiving the claim.
9. CyberPower reserves the right to change these rules without notice.
